E14: How to manage a multi-generational team

The workforce is changing. It brings a lot of opportunities to learn, grow and innovate but also a lot of challenges, expectations, and working styles- and managing a generation gap is one of them. 

Throughout my entire career, I had the opportunity to manage from baby boomers to Gen X and millennials, with Gen Z now in focus. 

So I want to share with you some tips and advice from my experience so that you can create an environment that is both productive and inclusive for everyone.
