E5: Teach Everyone to Make Decisions and Not Fear Consequences

Lesson no #5 is all about encouraging people to make decisions and not be afraid to stand by them. There's a tendency in most companies for people to have ideas but not want to definitively stand behind those ideas. They don't want to be wrong, get in trouble, or look poor in front of their tiers.

We make decisions every day and it's important to build a culture that supports trust and encourages employees to make decisions. Tomorrow comes, whether you made that decision or not.
